Cancellations

All cancellations or changes of appointments must be made online 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, please contact your provider via TEXT OR CALL ONLY! Cancellations made after the 24 hour mark will be charged 50% of the appointment service. Failure to pay late cancellation fee will result in getting blocked from booking future appointments.

Cancelaciones o cambios de citas deben hacerse en línea 24 horas antes de la cita programada. Si necesita cancelar menos de 24 horas antes de su cita, comuníquese con su proveedor via TEXTO DE MENSAJE O LLAMADA. Las cancelaciones hechas después de la marca de 24 horas se cobrarán el 50% del servicio. Si no paga la tarifa de cancelación , se bloqueará la reserva de futuras citas.

Late policy

Clients that are more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of service, and will need to reschedule.

A los clientes que lleguen más de 10 minutos tarde a su cita programada se les cobrará la cantidad total del servicio y deberán reprogramarla.

No Shows

& last minute cancellations

In the case that you do not show to your scheduled appointment, without any cancellation or notification, Or Cancel last minute AshEli Threading and AshEli Threading & Spa reserve the right to charge your card up to 100% of your appointment service. Fee must be paid in order to book future appointments.

En el caso de que no se presente a su cita programada, sin ninguna cancelación o notificación, o cancelar el último minuto, AshEli Threading y AshEli Threading & Spa se reservan el derecho de cargar su tarjeta hasta el 100% del servicio de su cita. Se debe pagar la tarifa para reservar citas futuras.

Covid 19 Update

OUR RE-OPENING DATES ARE AS FOLLOW:

WOODBURY LOCATION : JUNE 3RD

SAINT PAUL LOCATION: JUNE 7TH

Only one client in the spa room at a time..

Clients may not bring any extra guests into the building or studio ,

(including children) 

Clients must wait in their vehicle, and communicate with your service provider via text to meet you at the entrance door to grant you access to the building and escort you into the spa room.

Clients must wear a mask, or they will be provided with one for a $1.50 fee.

If you have any symptoms of illness, please cancel ahead of time!

If you show any symptoms of illness at your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee.

Please understand that these new rules are implied so that we can re-open our doors in the safest way possible.
